ERC Paves the Way to Three-Dimensional Mapping of Materials with Nanometer-Scale Resolution-Composition maps
Composition map (top left) of a sample indium tin oxide (number 5) surrounded by photo-resist. The image was assembled from single-shot spectra obtained when the laser scanned across the sample. Each pixel in the composition map is ~250 nm diameter.
