IGEM

The International Genetically Modified Machines (iGEM) competition is an annual program in which undergraduate and precollege students learn how to build biological systems from standard, interchangeable parts. iGEM is organized by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with the support of the Synthetic Biology Engineering Research Center (SynBERC).
